Fully Funded TMU Elite Exchange Program 2024 in Taiwan. A fully sponsored exchange program in Taiwan, the TMU Elite Short-Term Exchange Program 2024 is being offered by Taipei Medical University (TMU). Students can learn at a prestigious medical school and get a taste of Taipei City life during this five-month program. Interacting with professionals and overseas students will help participants, improve their educational experience. TMU professors and experienced physicians teach courses in healthcare as part of the curriculum.
As part of the curriculum, students will immerse themselves in the Chinese language and culture by taking an intense 6-hour Mandarin session per week. In addition, a three-month academic research project that integrates theoretical and practical learning will be offered, along with a six-hour monthly seminar on medical topics. From September 2024 to January 2025, the program is in operation. Before participating, chosen candidates will go through an interview process.
Courses in Dentistry, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Anatomy, Nursing, Public Health, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Long-Term Care, and Digital Health are among the many subjects that TMU provides. Off-campus trips to a pharmaceutical factory, hospitals, VIP wards, labs, a medical simulation education center, and a virtual reality experience area are all included in the program. Students will also receive Chinese language instruction to help them learn the language.
The entire course cost, round-trip flights, lodging, and a monthly stipend of NTD 8,000 are all covered by this fully financed program. Cultural events abound to keep people interested, including trips to Taipei 101, The National Palace Museum, Jiu Fen Old Street, E-DA Theme Park, and Nantou, which is renowned for its picturesque lake and tea plantations.
