Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for the France Excellence Europa scholarship, you must:
- Be a citizen of one of the 26 European Union member states listed below.
- Fall between the ages of 18 and 26 at the commencement of your stay in France.
- Have secured admission to a French higher education institution for Master’s 1 or Master’s 2 in the fields specified for the 2024-25 academic year.
- Not hold any Erasmus +, AUF, or other French ministry scholarships.

How to Apply
Your application must include:
- Completed and signed “France Excellence Europa Scholarship” application form.
- CV and cover letter in French or English.
- Copies of educational diplomas and transcripts, translated if necessary.
- Copy of an identity document (passport, ID card).
- Letter of admission to a Master’s program for the 2024-25 academic year in France.
If you haven’t received your admission letter yet, include a sworn statement along with relevant correspondence from the institution.

Selection Process
