Funded by the 3rd Programme Investissements d’Avenir, these scholarships aim to facilitate access to our Master’s programs for highly qualified individuals, particularly those with a passion for advancing their academic pursuits to the doctoral level. Here’s everything you need to know about this incredible opportunity:
Application Timeline:
- Candidate selection deadline by the training manager: April 30, 2024
- Scholarship application deadline for selected candidates: May 03, 2024
- Deadline for receipt of recommendations from two referees: May 07, 2024
- Announcement of results: End of June 2024
Pre-selection Process: Admission to our Master’s programs doesn’t automatically qualify students for a scholarship. Eligible candidates will be selected by our admission panel based on academic achievements and specific criteria outlined below.
Application Procedure:
- Selected candidates will receive an email with a link to the online application form.
- Candidates must complete the form and provide the contact details of two referees.
- Referees will receive a link to submit their recommendations online.
- The application will be considered complete once both referees submit their recommendations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Admitted to a Master’s program at Université Paris-Saclay.
- Meet specific eligibility criteria outlined in detail on our website.
Bonus System for Refugee Students: We are proud to collaborate with UNHCR and MEnS association to provide additional support for refugee students or those with subsidiary protection.
Programs/Fields: All academic fields are eligible, except vocational training. Explore our diverse range of Master’s programs accredited by Université Paris-Saclay.
The selection committee will evaluate candidates based on their academic level, personal project, and motivation for pursuing further studies.
Amount and Payment of Scholarship:
- €10,000 per year, paid over 10 months.
- Additional €1,000 for travel and visa expenses, based on the candidate’s country of origin.
- Payment upon arrival in France and enrollment in the program.
Course Attendance and Academic Mobility:
- Students must attend courses at Université Paris-Saclay.
- The scholarship committee reserves the right to suspend funding for unexplained absences or attendance at institutions outside Paris-Saclay University.
- Funding is available for compulsory mobility and international exchange programs.
Internship:
- Research internships must be conducted at Paris-Saclay University laboratories.
- Company internships must be in France.
- Scholarship suspended if internship wages exceed €700/month.
Results: All applicants will be notified of the jury’s decision via email. Students have 8 days to accept or refuse the scholarship.
